Greenpeace fellowships offer a unique opportunity to learn in the world’s top environmental campaigning organization and to jump straight into our work, gaining professional experience and building lasting relationships along the way. Our fellowship program will give you the opportunity to expand your skills, broaden your understanding of non-profit data management, work with a variety of teams and learn how they do their work, and further your career in environmental/nonprofit organizations. This fellowship is perfect for innovators, problem solvers, and great communicators. Our fellowships are short-term positions for six months, designed to give talented individuals the opportunity to develop skills on the job and get to know Greenpeace.
THE DATA FELLOWSHIP:
The Data Fellow’s primary responsibility will be for building out our organization wide CRM training portal. This will include creating documentation and training materials (presentations, screencasts, how do documents, etc), interviewing users to create process documentation, creating content for the internal CRM portal site, and working with the database manager to create process and procedures to ensure the smooth onboarding and training of new staff to use the CRM. This individual will also be responsible for providing project support to the Data Team related to migrating Greenpeace staff processes and procedures to the new CRM and will assist in some of the daily activities that keep our systems running properly.
